Refund policy
Terms and conditions of service are agreed to by the customer during the checkout process. Any and all refunds must be requested by the customer and are given at the sole discretion in their amount/value/future purchase discount and/or other arrangements at the sole discretion of the owner/management of Fox Valley Custom Kydex, Fox Victor LLC. All orders are subject to a 10% minimum cancelation charge varying where in the process the customer or seller chooses to cancel an order. Shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
